Service line — AI & media operations

From a published article to a hosted podcast episode — without leaving the workspace.

Content Studio + Podcast Studio + Voice Library + Music Library — the full media production stack on one governed workspace, with the same credit ledger and review workflow that runs the rest of iSystem.

What you'll actually run

Content Studio — five narrative styles

Drafts in analytical, storytelling, instructional, persuasive, and conversational modes — across blog posts, LinkedIn threads, X threads, Instagram carousels, video scripts. Tavily-verified facts before generation, with domain-trust tiering so an authority source outranks a commercial blog. Manual blog editor for hand-finishing.

Image generation + TTS narration

Hero images, social tiles, blog inline assets generated from the same workspace, with prompt history and credit ledger entries. TTS narration on any drafted article — one click takes a published post and produces a narrated MP3 ready for the podcast workflow. Author profiles surface bylines and bio cards on the public blog.

Podcast Studio — blog-to-podcast workflow

Workspace shows + episodes. Generate draft narration from a published article, mix it with reusable intro / bed / outro tracks via FFmpeg, publish on a public podcast page with RSS-ready structure. Per-episode locale (EN/NL/AR within one show). No Riverside, no Descript, no separate hosting fee.

Voice Library — preset + cloned

ElevenLabs preset voices for instant production (no per-tenant cloning step required). Custom cloned voices for brand-owned audio identity — a partner's voice can become the firm's narrator across every episode. Voice metadata is workspace-scoped; voices don't bleed between workspaces.

Music Library — reusable intros, beds, outros

Workspace-scoped reusable music tracks (25MB max each). Upload once, reference across episodes. FFmpeg mixing positions intro / bed / outro automatically, with optional manual offsets. The brand's audio fingerprint stays consistent across a year of episodes without re-licensing.

Credit metering across the whole stack

Every drafted article, generated image, TTS run, and FFmpeg mix writes a row in the audit ledger denominated in millicents EUR with a reason code. Pre-flight balance check refuses operations below the floor. The same governance posture as the rest of iSystem — production isn't a special case.

What this replaces

Replaces: ChatGPT-and-a-Notion-doc workflow · Midjourney standalone seat · ElevenLabs separate subscription · Riverside or Descript for podcast capture · Anchor / Buzzsprout for podcast hosting · Canva for asset templating · the freelance editor in between. One workspace, one ledger, one operator.

Pricing

Pro tier — from €899 setup + €699/month — includes the full Content Studio, Podcast Studio, Voice Library (ElevenLabs preset voices included; custom cloned voices on request), and Music Library. AI credit usage metered above the included monthly baseline; transparent ledger.

Basic vs Pro →

What this doesn't ship

  • Not Spotify or Apple Podcasts auto-distribution. The platform produces hosted MP3s and RSS-ready structure; submission remains an operator step.
  • Not live recording, remote interview capture, waveform trimming, or studio-grade DAW editing.
  • Not a general automated video production engine. Video pages and manager uploads exist; actual demos still need publishing.

Demo evidence

Demos, not promos.

A public editorial roadmap for screen-by-screen walkthroughs of what is shipped. Use it while the first videos are being recorded so the video page is not an empty promise.

Do not promote the video index as proof until at least one real walkthrough is published.
