Frequently asked questions
Will Google penalise AI-drafted replies?
No. Google's guidance is that AI-assisted replies are fine as long as the response is helpful and authentic. The output here is intentionally a strong first draft — read it, add one specific detail from the customer's experience, then post.
How should I handle a 1-star review?
Acknowledge, don't argue, and move the conversation off-platform. The 1–2 star templates intentionally invite a private email follow-up rather than relitigating in public. Never promise refunds or specific compensation in the public reply — that promise becomes the next reviewer's expectation.
Why does the Arabic reply differ from a literal translation?
Because direct translations sound stilted. We use modern standard Arabic phrasing tuned for B2C service businesses — not a word-for-word English mirror. Hossam reviews the AR template set personally; it's his native language.
Is the AI output safe to post?
Safe-but-bland by design. The system prompt forbids promises, refunds, named-and-shaming, and any line you'd regret. If the AI is unavailable we fall back to a deterministic template. Edit before posting, every time — that's the rule even for human-only teams.
